Prenatal yoga class are starting again!!!

Thursday Sept 8, 15, 22 and 29

from 515pm-615pm

Gentle pelvic opening postures, deep stretches and mindful movement connect us to our body and movement "around" growing baby. Meditation on birth and quietening the mind allow your growing child to experience calmness and serenity with you. Prenatal yoga will help give you the opportunity for this connection, the inner strength and stability you will need on your journey through pregnancy, child birth and motherhood.

This class is only by pre-registration.

52.00 plus HST
