Prenatal yoga will help give you the opportunity to connect, with your unborn child and give you the inner strength and stability needed on your journey through pregnancy, child birth and motherhood. Classes will be held in our outdoor space weather permitting.
Must pre-register and pre-pay $13.00 per class.
Classes are on July.28, Aug.4 & 11 (Thursday's from 515pm-615pm)

We welcome you to come enjoy the space after class with friends grab a tea/coffee from a near by cafe "The Sweet Spot" is a great choice and enjoy the secerenity of the space.  Don’t forget to bring your sun screen!
