Hi Everyone we will be CLOSED on Monday July.2/12 for Canada Day Celebrations:)

On Tuesday July.3/12 the Summer Schedule will go into effect until the end of August.

Please make sure you look over the schedule there are lots of changes.

Rooftop Summer Solstice Event

June.21 12, 530pm-7pm

Lead by: Wendy, Shaz, Mouon, Laura, Norine and Samantha

 

 

Our Summer Solstice event will take pace on the Rooftop at Iron Lotus Yoga, we will start with gentle stretches then move into some sun salutation. 

Norine will then give us all a brief explanation of the significance of the solstice. Then we will move into two 20min meditations ending with relaxation and chanting!

 

The event is by donation to Zajac Children's Ranch, right here in Mission.

Zajac Ranch gives children living with sever challenges the opportunity to go to camp and just be kids!
