With the use of visualization and meditation, we will deeply restore equilibrium to our minds, bodies, & hearts.
Autumn is descending upon our bodies like the natural world around us gradually transitioning from peak energy to the restorative time of winter. The bounty of summer is being harvested. The energy of the trees & plants are starting their descent underground into the roots.
