Releasing the HIPS with Shaz
Join us for a 2.5 hour Hips focused class
where we will dive deep into the hip flexors, release into the lower back and free the IS joint!

The mind flows deep into the muscles and one of the places it takes root is in the hips. This is an area in constant motion, be it sitting at a desk or walking up stairs. The muscles that stem from this area are constantly being used in our daily life. Imbalances occur if we favor a side, whether it is carrying a bag, a wallet, or even having one leg a few millimeters longer than the other. And when you spend time stretching this area, you realize how much of a mental and emotional release it is.

All levels of fitness will benefit from this class.
